Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a stock or non-personalized custom engraved item, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt. Replacements and Exchanges for stock or non-custom engraved orders are available for 60 days from the date of delivery. Please allow at least 3-10 business days from the date you mail your return for us to receive it. All return and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Your original receipt MUST be with the item at the time of the return or your return/exchange will not be processed. You Neek Goods is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase. The box or envelope MUST be taped appropriately so items cannot fall out or be damaged. We are not responsible for packages that are returned damaged or lost and/or the item(s) are missing.
Refunds are available for all personalized non-custom engraved orders for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds are not available after 30 days from the day of the purchase. You Neek Goods is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A photo of defective or damaged items must be sent to us via e-mail. Please send a picture of said damage and we will determine if the return can be accepted. All items are inspected and documented before being shipped out to the customer. Items damaged by the shipping company (i.e. FedEx, USPS, UPS Etc.) used are responsible for refunding the damaged items original amount NOT You Neek Goods. We will pay for the return shipping only for defects when it is authorized by YouNeek Goods.
Personalized Engraved Orders
Orders for personalized or custom engraved items are considered final.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
We strongly suggest that you review your personalized engraved information before submitting your order. Be sure to check spelling and punctuation where applicable. Please email us at email@example.com if you have questions before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are sent immediately into our production department. You Neek Goods also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

However, we may release your personal information in the event we are compelled to do so by court order or other requirement of law, or if we, in good faith, believe such release is advisable or necessary.

Shipping & Delivery
Most customer orders are shipped via ground service using the United States Postal Service or Federal Express.
We always strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1-3 business days from your order date. All orders submitted over weekends and on holidays will be processed beginning the next business day.
Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address you have provided to us, additional shipping costs will be collected to compensate for reshipping the order to you. We will attempt to process your address change, cancellation and order change as quickly as possible. If an order has already been shipped by the time your cancellation is received the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The shipping method you select during checkout determines when you will receive your order/package. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, such as Federal Express 2-day or Next Day service, your delivery time will most likely be shorter. The time frame for delivery of your order will depend on your delivery location. You Neek Goods reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier at our discretion for your order depending on your geographic location.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges due to all reasons except for packing errors or item defects. Returns for any other reason will be charged this fee. When you purchase an item through You Neek Goods you are acknowledging this policy.
